Chef Alix, a 20 year renowned Chicago restaurateur and chef with specialty in the corporate & social catering has impacted Greenville, SC for the past 9 years with her fusion of Middle Eastern, classical French, Thai, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisines.

It all began growing up on a farm with livestock and fields of plantations where her senses were cultivated and heightened. In 1996, Gourmet Gatherings began and Chef Alix was in motion with her daily fresh baked breads delivering to restaurants throughout the metropolitan city of Chicago. A city where big shoulders and big bold flavors inspired the Chef to provide services for Meals On Wheels, Sous Chef with Saddle & Cycle Country Club, competitions at the Food & Restaurant Show - McCormick Convention Center with concentration in Garde Manger and Ice Carving.

Trained at LeCordon Bleu Culinary & Pastry, with a Culinary Degree from The International Institute of Culinary Arts, Chicago, per Chef, an investment worthwhile in providing the highest and consistent culinary services to her clienteles. In the Upstate with Sauté Bliss, the Chef has been known for delivering high end cuisines to support our communities’ cancer foundations, Junior League Inc., Fluor Daniels, I-CAR BMW, Protera-Electric Train, Black Pages Business Directory, Mauldin and Greenville Chamber of Commerce, as well as mentoring and teaching future chefs at community development centers.
