My first love was the guitar and finally got around to study around 10 and havent stopped. Still a Student. I went through the Mel Bay thing then the Beatles came along. Then, in my early teen years heard the blues on one of those crazy radio stations in N.Y that was that. Later I heard Jazz guitar on one of those same crazy radio stations and that was that. I was luck enough to have studied with the late great Joe Monk in his studio in Great Neck L.I. through the 70s and early 80s, Music has taken me to great places, especially here in Charlotte. It has a great and growing cultre of great musicans of all genres. It has been the opportunity of lifetime to meet up with George Hoar and Brian Sullinvan.
